This service entails a three-phase ongoing cleaning process throughout the construction life-cycle which includes rough cleaning, deep cleaning, and touch-up cleaning that significantly helps contractors avoid OSHA penalties and ensure the jobsite is clear of debris and safe for the construction crew and visitors. This services has a dynamic scope of work that allows contractors to utilize our on-ground team with all construction debris and scrap generated from ground break to turn-key.
Onsite Material Handling & Housekeeping
Our supervisors are highly trained to efficiently manage our trained cleanup workers to manually haul materials prom point A to point B within the construction jobsite quickly and safely in areas where machinery and loaders cannot access. Our team is highly experienced in sorting, organizing, and piling everything from metal beams to wooden scaffolding to ensure tidiness at all times.
Our CWM unit is highly experienced in supporting clients with the following requirements: LEED v4.1 Certification:
We support clients pursuing points under the BD+C and ID+C MR Credit Category as follows: Develop and implement a CWM Plan Prerequisite
Meet all CWM requirements in accordance with the CWM plan
- Option 1 Diversion: Divert at least 50% for 1 point
TARSHEED Certification:
We support clients achieve the required points under the Habitat (H17) credit criteria: Develop and implement a CWM Plan for 1 point
Recycle 50-75% for 1 point, or Recycle 75-100% for 2 points
